The School-Based Health Center is a unique venture between Donovan Middle School and Community Health and Behavioral Services, a program of Upstate Cerebral Palsy. With no out of pocket expense to students or their families, the School-Based Health Center provides comprehensive primary health care services exclusively to students of Donovan Middle School.

Physical examinations
Sick child visits
Nebulizer treatments
Immunization
Mental health screening and referrals
Oral screening for dental referrals
Diagnostic treatment of acute and chronic illness
Health education
Referral services
Vision, hearing and scoliosis screening
First aid
Counseling by referral
