The Upstate Cerebral Palsy Waiver Services Department is providing an after school program for children with disabilities. This program is designed to provide recreation, leisure time and social interaction with peers in a structured setting to children from 6 to 21 years of age who attend Utica City Schools. It is offered Monday through Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 pm and will follow the Utica City School Calendar. Transportation to the program will be done through the Utica City Schools, however, the families must provide transportation to home.
