CHBS provides primary health care services for infants, children, adolescents and adults on an outpatient basis. Services include routine physicals and exams, care during an illness, immunizations and preventative health care counseling. It is the goal of the health care professionals of CHBS to provide the community with services that keep them safe and healthy, while promoting overall wellness.
