The Human Resources Recruitment Team was recently recognized as Team of the Year at the Upstate Cerebral Palsy Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Utica. The Team of the Year Award recognizes a team that functions effectively to serve children and adult members of the agency while exemplifying the agency values of excellence, passion, integrity, caring and respect all year.
The Human Resources Recruitment Team consists of John Martin, Director of Recruitment, Larraine Dell, Stacey Griffith, Kathleen Jennings, Michael Sturr and Heather Baker. Never losing enthusiasm for the agency, this group tells the story of what an honor it is to work in a profession that services people with disabilities. This team thrives on the challenge of tirelessly pursuing great employees for our agency. Whether at a job fair, during a job interview, or doing the large amount of paperwork that their positions require, they consistently perform above and beyond what is expected of them.
